DESCRIPTION
We have two mini-studios are located on the ground floor of a courtyard of a large building about a 5 minute walk from the Colosseum. Each studio can sleep from 2-3 people. For groups of 4 you can take both studios and divide between the two. Both have a little sitting area as you walk in, newly constructed bathrooms, and an upstairs sleeping loft (180cm high). There is air-conditioning, TV and mini-fridge.

The apartment is located in Via LABICANA a few steps from the Colosseum .
just a few minutes' walk away from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum.
You can easily walk around the historic centre from here or get about by public transport; there is an underground station only 20 metres away, while the Electric Bus n. 117, which will take you to the Spanish Steps and the via del Corso in a few minutes, stops nearby.

From Leonardo da Vinci - Fiumicino airport
Take the city train to Stazione Termini, from where you can take the underground-line B or bus number 75 or 204 up to “Metro Colosseo” for a 1 hour ride. After getting out from the underground you'll see the Colosseum outside, go left and pass under the stop light. You'll pass the stairs leading up to the Colle Oppio park and you'll pass the Delta Mercure hotel on Via labicana. Continue down Via Labicana Giuliana ministudio.
From Ciampino Airport
Take the CO.TRA.L bus near the Bus Arrivals to the “Anagnina” underground station, from which you should then take the underground to Roma Termini station.
From here you can take the underground-line B or bus number 75 or 204 up to “Metro Colosseor” for a 1 hour ride.
