Take the city train to Stazione Termini, from where you can take the underground-line A (towards "Battistini") up to "Cipro-Musei Vaticani" for a 1 hour ride. After getting out from the underground go along via Angelo Emo up to piazza Santa Maria delle Grazie, turn right and you are in via Candia.
